In this project, focusing on career development via technologies, Nicolas Bazine wishes to understand how people develop their careers using digital tools. This project is part of a line of research around the 4th Industrial Revolution which transformed not only careers, but also the world of work and learning.
More specifically, this project strives to understand the psychosocial factors (of the individual and the environment), in terms of brakes and levers, generating attitudes and behaviors facilitating career development via the use of technologies. . It also aims to understand how these behaviors and attitudes will produce positive or adverse results for the individual. This project is one of the first to focus on the consequences of career development via digital tools. Generally, scientific research has focused primarily on antecedents.
