Room 2 (1st floor , no access for people with reduced mobility) is a room dedicated to research seminars, conferences, symposia, with a maximum regulatory capacity of 40 seats.
General use occurs during opening hours (8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.), Monday to Friday and the room must be vacated by 6:30 p.m.
This space is subject to the Labor Code and public regulations.
Equipment provided:
- ZoomBox (subject to availability)
- Video projector.
MSH Bordeaux does not provide computers; you will need to bring your equipment – laptop or Mac (with adapter) – and, to be connected to the ZoomBox, you will need to ensure that they are connected to the Eudoram network – 1 wired connection available.
You must indicate in the reservation request sufficiently in advance whether you wish to reserve the ZoomBox.
