Dominique Pacot
General Secretary of the MSH Bordeaux

Dominique Pacot is a CNRS Research Engineer and General Secretary of the Maison des Sciences de l'Homme de Bordeaux. He joined the CNRS in 1999 as head of human resources and then as assistant to the regional delegate for Nord-Pas de Calais and Picardy until 2005. Through internal mobility, he became successively administrative and financial director of the Institute of Electronics, Microelectronics and Nanotechnologies (IEMN - UMR 8520) in Villeneuve d'Ascq from 2006 to 2012 and then in Lille, administrative coordinator of the laboratory of excellence (LABEX) "European Genomic Institute for Diabetes" (EGID) and general secretary of the eponymous research federation from 2012 to 2017. After having been head of the National Center for Precision Medicine for diabetes "PreciDIAB" University Hospital Institute project, he joined the I-SITE University Lille Nord Europe foundation in 2018 as secretary general and was also project manager for the construction of the University of Lille 2022 from 2020.
