Corinne Marache is professor of contemporary history at Bordeaux Montaigne University and member of the CEMMC (EA 2958). In 2016-2021, she co-directed the TERESMA (“Local products, spaces and markets”) and she is co-responsible for the “ Montaigne@table ” research group. A specialist in rural societies and spaces, she works in particular on the actors and processes of agricultural modernization, on the history of small towns, small commerce, food and consumption.
