This series of seminars proposes to understand and design an interdisciplinary and inter-sectoral methodological framework in order to respond to applied health, environmental, industrial, nuclear, transport and logistics emergency situations.

Each seminar proposes an epistemological objective: what issues, what tools, what frameworks for scientific construction?

The 1st seminar on November 9, 1 p.m.-3:30 p.m. aims to target the issues and frameworks based on the situations described by our speakers: 3 case studies will be presented (the contexts: traffic and nuclear, insurance, design fiction).

The 2nd meeting is a workshop bringing together SHS researchers and Master design students on a micro case study, Wednesday November 23: 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. He will be supervised by Nicolas Gaudron, designer.

The objective is to produce anticipation/fiction scenarios in a crisis situation determined during the first seminar.

Wednesday, December 7: 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. – critical seminar: this last meeting of 2022 offers critical feedback on the production of hypotheses and solutions, the tools, the issues and the scientific contours mobilized.

In 2023 , the “Design & anticipation” seminars will address, among other things, aging situations, questions of industrial confidence in defense and cyber security, and design ethics in the environmental emergency.
