FrancophoNéA is designed as a privileged space for synergizing scientific actors and regional partners to forge a new capacity for understanding the issues and problems associated with the Francophonie, but also for resourcing and shedding light on the strategies of regional actors.

The network draws on the work and expertise of more than 40 research units from 6 universities: Bordeaux, Bordeaux Montaigne, La Rochelle, Limoges, Poitiers and Pau-Pays de l'Adour. It also brings together a network of academic, institutional, cultural and economic actors and partners in New Aquitaine.
